First non-professional astronaut to step into space

Billionaire businessman Jared Isaacman has become the first non-professional astronaut to step into space. Until now, only government-funded astronauts had walked in space. Breaking that trend, this astronaut has now walked in space using his own funding. When Isaacman returns to his seat, mission specialist Sarah Gillis will walk in space. Upon stepping into space, this astronaut said, "We have a lot of work to do back home, but from here, Earth definitely looks like a perfect world." Isaacman funded this mission through his company SpaceX. It is expected that SpaceX owner Elon Musk will earn much more from this business in the future. It is noteworthy that this mission, known as Polaris Dawn, has a total of four astronauts. Among the four astronauts are billionaire tech CEO Jared Isaacman and his close friend Scott 'Kid' Poteet, a retired Air Force pilot. They are also joined by two SpaceX engineers, Anna Menon and Sarah Gillis. Source: BBC
